There are finished homes and full-time residents in the neighborhood, so we are busy helping to maintain (and always improve) the daily experience. Cleaning, cutting, taking care of the roads, and any issues that might arise.
The community has hired a very reliable and responsible new administrator to manage the property for the HOA. OCC is a local company that handles some of the bigger private communities in the area—most notably Reserva Conchal. They have spent the last several months getting the HOA’s operations and finances in order and maintaining the common areas.
With OCCs help we have also upgraded to a new security company, Coseli. They are a very professional company that is responsible for many banks and high-end commercial properties in the country, and of course protect many luxury residential properties as well.

Hay casas terminadas y residentes a tiempo completo en el vecindario, por lo que estamos ocupados ayudando a mantener (y siempre mejorar) la experiencia diaria. Limpieza, corte, cuido de las calles y cualquier problema que pueda surgir.
