Today, we’re thrilled to share that this month one of our Guild Members — Studio Saxe — has been recognized by Architizer as one of the top architecture firms in the world for their work in Central and South America.
It’s another piece of recognition to add to the truly impressive list of awards and accolades won by not only Studio Saxe, but all of our design partners. We’re excited to see what designs and dream homes our guild is able to come up with next!
The Architizer Award for Studio Saxe
The Architizaer A+ Awards are selected by hundreds of top minds from not only the worlds of architecture but also fashion, product design, real estate development, and tech, with the goal of continuously reminding the world of the importance of architecture.
In this year’s awards, Studio Saxe was selected as the competition’s top firm in Central and South America, citing Studio Saxe’s philosophy, in which the timeless search for love, happiness, and beauty intersects with new spaces of technology, materials, and design.

From site 6E, their “Ocean View Aerie” home is a 4 bedroom, 4 and 2 half bath home that feels “light on its feet and allows guests to move seamlessly between inside and outside.”
From site 3D, their “Perfect Modern Tropical” is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath home designed to leverage spectacular modern views throughout.
And from home site 6C, their “One With Nature” design is a 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home that blends the natural beauty of Senderos with the functionality and fun of a neighborhood family home.
